Clients will receive booking instructions via email or direct communication after purchase or registration. You are responsible for checking your email and ensuring Zoom or other communication platforms are accessible at the scheduled time.
If you need to reschedule a session, advance notice must be given at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of that session, at the sole discretion of Freedom Star Investments, Inc.
Freedom Star Investments, Inc. reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to the client.
Our programs provide education, mentorship, and coaching. We do not make any guarantees regarding earnings, outcomes, or business success. Results are based entirely on your personal effort, implementation, and engagement. We do not offer legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
Some users may access private client portals hosted on external platforms (e.g., HighLevel CRM). These are not part of the roksanazaya.com website, but usage is subject to our Terms and applicable third-party policies.
